09. Fiordland National Park
The jewel of New Zealand, Fiordland National Park is a place where the beautiful landscapes are at its absolute best. It is known for the glacier-carved fiords of Doubtful and Milford sounds. It is home to some spectacular waterfalls and snow-capped peaks. The rainforests clings impossibly to the mountains as they are doing for thousands of years, shimmering lakes and granite peaks all adding to its magical nature. The Doubtful Sound present here is the deepest of New Zealand fiords with 421 meters depth. It has resident bottlenose dolphins, fur seals and penguins.
